Our Apartments at the Farmhouse
At our farmhouse "Seppen", situated directly next to the guesthouse Sonnwend, we offer our guests three holiday apartments decorated in the comfortable style typical for Tyrol. The holiday flats can accommodate 2 to 5 guests and are perfectly suited for an authentic and relaxing holiday. The apartment 1 and 2 are 48 m² in size, while apartment 3 offers 62 m² of living space.
All apartments include an anteroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, lavatory, a bedroom, and a living room with a pull-out sofa-bed. Two of the apartments include a balcony or a terrace, and free parking is available directly at the farmhouse. We provide dishes, a coffee machine, bedlinen, tablecloths, as well as complimentary toiletries.
In addition, the wonderful wellness area can also be enjoyed at the guesthouse at a small additional charge of EUR 12.- per day (complimentary bathrobe rental).
All our apartments offer spectacular views of the lush fields and our home mountain, the Reither Kogel.

Booking Information and Terms:
- Our rates are charged in EURO per apartment per day. Local tax charged separately.
- Local tax of EUR 2.- is charged per adult per day. (as from 15 years)
- Final cleaning charge: Apartment Sonnwend large EUR 70.- | Apartment Sonnwend small EUR 60.- | Apartment farmhouse EUR 65.-
- Upon arrival, we charge guests in the Apartments Sonnwend a cash deposit of EUR 100.-
- Guests of the farmhouse apartments can enjoy the sauna at the Sonnwend guesthouse at an additional charge of EUR 12.- per day (incl. complimentary rental bathrobe).
- Minimum stay: 5 nights minimum stay (short-stay surcharge of EUR 10.- per person/day)
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guesthouse Apartments Sonnwend. However, pets are allowed in the apartments at the farmhouse.
- In case of early departure, the entire stay is charged.
Arrival and departure:
- Arrival from 3 pm
- Departure until 10 am
- Please inform us on your estimated time of arrival to allow us to personally welcome you to your accommodation.
Payment:
- Cash payments of the Apartments Sonnwend on the day of arrival receive a 5 % discount on total cost.
- Down payment: Secure your reservation by paying 50 % of total cost to our bank account:

In case of cancellation:
- up to 45 days – no cancellation fee
- from 45 days before arrival: 40 % of total cost charged
- from 30 days before arrival: 50 % of total cost charged
- from 14 days before arrival: 60 % of total cost charged
- from 7 days before arrival: 80 % of total cost charged
- from 3 days before arrival or no-show: 100 % of total cost charged
To be prepared for any eventualities, we recommend travel cancellation insurance.
